Did the 92 and up years ever come in a standard transmission version. If so, how rare are they?

Never happened, not even in the 87-91 or the 80'* bonneville.

Another reason I ask is because in my CV joint thread it state in one of the pages Note: Automatic transaxle shown: manual transaxle similar.

I don't even think there were any in the '70s...you'd have to go back to the '60s to find a Bonnie with a manual trans.
