Found this 2002 SSEi close to home, but I am guessing it has a hidden problem. The reason is the owner just purchased the SSEi, and is already selling it. These are great cars, so the quick flip of the vehicle raising questions in my mind....

I am guessing it has a tranny issue or engine. Maybe I am biased, but who would sell a low mileage SSEi in great shape? We all have resons to sell, this one just doesn't seem to make basic sense. I bid $3200 on this, but that is my limit. I have to assume it needs engine or tranny work.

A lot of people flip cars that we wouldn't.

I have a friend who is a Mustang freak. He was able to buy a Mach1 at about $10k less than retail value thanks to an auction. He then turned around and sold it for the value. A lot of us wouldn't do that because it'* a great car, but to him that amount of money meant more.

Makes sense, guess our fondness of the Bonneville may not be universal. Bet the guy mayl regret selling/ flipping it- Bonnies in good shape are getting harder to come by.

Don't I know it. I'm fairly certain mine is one of the few low mileage ones left. It'* got just under 90k on the clock. It'* not perfect though. Needs a new door, trunk lid, and quarter panel.

I need to get to Dan'* house to go get those parts actually, and pick his brain about fixing the rest.
