Aren't the 00+ 3800'* 200 hp, a 5 hp drop from the 95-99s due to mandatory california emissions compliance? The new 3800s are slower 0-60 than the 95-99s by quite a lot in certain applications.

yeah, there have been zero (0) changes to the uim... only to the egr stovepipe. that'* not a part of the uim...
