Thanks for digging. Now I'm wondering if it would be viable to swap the entire intake system with one from another 3.1. I'm not sure exactly how much it would cost, but I usually get good prices at my local salvage yard; I'm just not sure if it would be mechanically feasible.

My repair seems pretty stable (I used superglue to seal it initially, and self-bonding tape to ensure a longer-term and more secure seal), so this isn't something that'* the highest priority, but I'll still look into options suggested regardless.

You posted this while I was typing the previous reply, but that sounds like the self bonding tape I used.

EDIT: I found the brand I used: It'* called 'Wrap-Fix' (Duck brand).
