Yup, the Marauder weighs 4200lbs. Definily a waste of 34 grand.

You guys really dont give enough credit to a warmed up Northstar. They are underated from the factory with regards to HP, and for a DOHC engine put down a considerable "plant your butt" feeling of torque.

Brand new off the lot, the Marauder might do it, but give it a few thousand miles on both and I'd take the GXP anyday.

I dont have the facts of course, just dealing with some experience.

Not even. The Northstar is better than Ford'* In-tech in every way. Compare a Mark VIII to a Elderado and you'll see what I mean.

I wouldnt take an Maruader over the Bonnie for the simple fact that the Bonnie is more luxury and looks better on the inside. Thats like saying takeing a Grand Marquis with loud pipes oover the Bonnie. Not me. Not today! But thats my opinion

1993bonnie, I noticed you have an Aurora. Trust me, find a Marauder and smoke it!

The GXP and Mercury would be close. I think the GXP might have an edge. If you wanna throw the Mark VIII in there, then the Mark VIII will own em all on the highway. Throw something else that'* similar to them like an STS, and everyone will see the STS taillights.

Interesting you should say that. I ran across a video of a supercharged Marauder doing a disappearing act in it'* own tire smoke. I'll post it if anyone would like to see it
