I wouldn't exactly say "slow". The 02 puts out 205 horsepower.
I will let someone else describe the actual comparison since I've never driven a Series II Supercharger Bonneville.

Depends what your client is looking for. If he wants power and options, go with the SSEi. Really there isn't much difference between 48k and 29k, you still going to get tons of use out of both.
The SSEi is fast. Going from a 165hp N/A 3800 to a 240HP */C'd 3800 was quite rediculous in my case. If he wants power, it'* there.

You have a lot to weigh here.
Is 1000 bucks worth the 20,000 mile difference?
Supercharger vs. N/A? I've driven a couple SSEi'* and then my GTP, and they are a blast. The N/A motor gets around town nicely, but if you want the performance, the SSEi is what you want.

Ah guys, lets for just a second...look past the "speed".
Gas prices, extra SC'd maintenance, model year etc. A big selling factor could be a more recent model year and half the mileage.
We have NO idea with respect to the potential buyer and what their goals are for the car, or if they even understand the differences between the two cars. Yes the SSEi is a faster car, but thats not the be all end all. Especially in this situation.
Perhaps more information is needed from the buyer.
