In reading the terms and conditions of Carfax, it seems that providing it free for members could be a violation also because that would not be "personal use".

It is offered as a service take it or leave it. I have two posts here for a reason. Its quite clear no one here is interested. So good luck finding those who will do it free of charge. And by the way I am asking a dollar

Rob is a stand up guy and bends over backwards for people, I don't have anything that needs run or I would gladly pay a dollar for the service.
