Trouble logging in?
Should you manage to find this after discovering you can't log in, please just clear your cookies and you should be able to log in after that. There was a site infrastructure update that caused a problem with the cookies.

The problems are an unfortunate side effect of some behind-the-scenes work I'm doing on the forum. Sorry 'bout that. As others have said, clearing your cookies should take care of the problem.

Finally, thought I was in trouble or something. A suggestion here, make it so we can Email if there'* a problem. Everything I tried required me to log in. Kind of a catch 22 there. Very frustrating. Thanks.

Posts like a Northstar
for Firefox users
If anyone else is having this problem, this is the specific sequence it took to get me going again.
Go to tools in your Firefox menu bar, choose options, then choose the privacy tab, in the private data area click the settings button, then in the new pop up check the box next to cookies and then click OK. Now close your browser. Turn off the computer completely, not a quick restart, and wait for 10 minutes. Now restart your machine. You will have to log in to everything again, but this is what worked for me. Just remember to go back and unclick the cookies box or you'll have to log in to everything every time you restart Firefox.
Can I get a big AMEN on that?
I'd like to see a "BC universal problem resolution address" myself. After I finally logged back in, I noticed that this thread had to be posted in the "General" section since the "Lounge" is off limits unless I'm logged in. And as we all know (sing it with me) the General section is to be used solely for Bonneville maintenance topics that are not year model specific and don't fit into any of the other categories. This topic does not meet those criteria, so anyone looking for help on this matter would most likely not look for it here.
