New policy for flamers/flames/replies
Due to the recent growth of the Bonneville Club, we need to adopt some more specific rules regarding flamers:
Any flames posted will be deleted by an Admin or Moderator. No member here will reply to any flames. Should a member reply to flames, the reply will also be deleted, and the poster will be PM'd a warning. The theory here is that some of the flamers won't post if they know they won't get a reaction from anyone. So to simplify this:
If you see FLAMES:
1. Do NOT reply in any way.
2. Stay ON TOPIC as if the flames didn't exist, or don't post at all.
3. Report the flames to an Admin or Mod to help us find it quicker.
These 3 simple steps will help keep the Bonneville Club the way Jeff intended it. A safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
Flames are considered any PERSONAL attack on a member, their beliefs, their car, their race, color, or religion, etc. This is a friendly atmosphere and a CAR forum. Pretty much no deliberate negative remarks that another person would consider personally offensive.
Thanks in advance for you cooperation and help (especially to those in the past that have helped with this).
