Scantool data ranges in techinfo
I don’t know how many members on BC have a scan tool or access to a scan tool, but if there are many like me, I know what a lot of the sensors are, but I don’t know what they should read or what there acceptable levels of operation are. Would there be any interest in creating a Techinfo article on what the normal range of all the sensors available to scanning would be? I would be interested in helping out with readings and listings of what my car scans, so gearheads could write an article on what the sensors should read. Is anyone interested in undertaking this project, or is it just me?

You'd have to find a few people with FSM'* for each engine, each transmission, etc.
A lot of people scanning cars also have mods which will affect their readings. Unless some tables are drawn up for this and worked on by a few people, it'* probably better to ask in a thread.
