OTHER Cars Section
I think there should be a new section for cars that don't fit in the Bonneville or other H-Bodies section. There are a few here with cars other than Bonnevilles, or that have other cars next to their Bonneville that they may want to talk about.
There are many gearheads here that could have a wealth of information that could apply to cars that are not only H-bodies, and it would give people a chance to talk about their other cars.

I'm a little hesitant to add another forum to an already cluttered board, but I'd still like some other opinions on the subject. If there is enough interest, we may 'test drive' a new forum. Let'* hear some arguments (civil arguments) on this topic, and then maybe move it to a poll.

Are you looking to add a forum to talk about a GTP? You could change the H-body section to read, other H-body and 3800 powered cars.
Otherwise, for different cars there are other forums! That would be the best place to go for advice on a particular car, not on a Bonneville forum.

That'* a good idea to rephrase the H body forum to reflect what it actually is. But I think his original intent would be a help section for another car, for instance, a Ford Taurus that someone owns as a second car?

i feel that if i have questions about another car i put it in the Lounge. We don't need to create more forums for something that is not Bonneville oriented. Plus, most of the people on here know more about bonneville'* than any other car, so there wouldn't be a huge response to a question that is posted anyways....
My 2 cents....

GP'* will.
Esp if placed in the Other H-bodies and other 3800'* forum. There are a lot of members on here that dont have Bonnevilles but are 3800 powered.
I support the revamping of Other H-bodies and 3800 Powered Cars.

Speaking from experience, since I'm here and I'm Bonnie-less, I just try to keep my car question posts very general. I try to stick to asking questions about bits that all vehicles have Otherwise, if I'm curious or have the foggiest idea of what'* going on I might answer a post, or just stick to answering posts where people are showing off their cars or a new mod and we're all just throwing in encouragement or I goof off in the lounge. I'm hoping this is OK and doesn't detract from the fact that this is after all a Bonneville site. I do love Bonnevilles and I am always curious to understand better how my car works, and the atmosphere here is a good one...
