Anyone making any claim (car performance or otherwise) publicly on this Forum, either in a post or in a signature/profile must be able to prove it to the satisfaction of the Admins of this Forum by timeslip, proof of the run (witnessed by credible party or video), or dyno sheet.

No claims with regards to 'Bonneville History Expert' (as an example) or anything else not associated with a recognized rank or responsibility on this Forum will be tolerated.

Violations of this policy may be dealt with per Admin discretion, and may be dealt with by removing a member'* right to display an Avatar, Signature, the right to PM, or ultimately a Ban.

The reason for this Policy is two-fold. First, unproven claims generally invite BS calls and flames. Secondly, some claims appear to new members to be 'officially recognized' by the Forum, giving them a false sense of trust toward the claimant.
