Porting M90
I have M90 that I bought off a wrecked car b4 I got a look at the internals. I knew I was gambling at the time and I guess I lost; but at least I’ll have a conversation piece. But I also have a good M90 I would like to have ported. So I want to figure out if the scoring in this housing is too much (which I’m pretty sure it is, lol) for anyone to use. But mainly I would like to get tips on porting this from those Bills and such who has done this before.

Much of this scoring appears to be .003 / .005 at least

Use Dremel flap wheels.. Get a bunch of 80 grits. Don't apply pressure or you'll smoke a dremel tool. Go gentle..and it'll take it right on down.
I went pretty far and have them right here if you'd like to browse

Password is "Boost" the subalbum is Supercharger polishing.
Enjoy. I did it all with dremel flap wheels, then some abrasive puffs. Mostly the wheels though.
