Centrifugal SC on a NA Bonne?
The kit is already made for the Camaro, TA, Firechicken 3800'*. How hard would it be to adapt to ours? I found some pics on this site of installs in a FWD application, and it doesnt look that different from ours. (I can't find them now, I'm so ashamed).

Sure. Some GP'* run it. But a Turbo would probably be simpler and cheaper.
But then again a CSC can have some of the benefits of both a Roots and a Turbo.....just depends on the way you wanna go, and how much you think your trans can take.

Why would a turbo be simpler and cheaper? With the SC you wouldn't have to mess with the exhaust, and it looks like turbo systems are around $5000, where this starts around $3100. http://www.superchargersonline.com/p...r=RK-010910503 Can you get turbo setups for cheaper than this, and if so, where? We would probably have to figure out a way to mount the SC, but the shaft should mount the same.

Tubo'* are more powerful as well. INTENSE has been working on a kit for a while now, and their turbo setup powers the fastest 3800 s2 on the planet If you check out clubgp you will find a lot of topics regarding turbo vs csc.

The superchargers I was looking at say anywhere from 60 to 285 HP depending on your engine setup, and what you want to pay for. I don't know much about the turbos, I'm just starting to look into that now.

You gotta remember though, your compression is quite high compared to a Series II SC engine ( 9.4:1 compared to 8.5:1).
Do you think there would be problems running a lot of boost in that engine?

This I do not know. It'* obvious that the more boost that you push, the sooner or easier that the engine will grenade. If a person firmed up the top end (rockers, springs, retainers, pushrods, maybe lifters) I think that 6-8 PSI should be safe enough.
