I see traces of a Wikoff gap on that LIM.

Did you mean the M62 and M90 rotors are the same length and diameter, or the two versions of the M90?

They are all the same length but the M62 and M90 are different diameters.

M90'* are same length and diameter, larger than M62. (length is the same on all 4)

No, the offset from the intermediate plate is different.

Go back up and look at the overhead view with the M90'* at the top (pic above). Notice how the intermediate plate is thicker and extends into the case on the GenV rotors, but not on the Gen3.

Yes but what if you were to swap the rotors themselves? Gen5 rotors onto the gen3 Intermediate plate.
