You don't need to remove the arm that goes inside the SC. Just remove the arm coming from the actuator. You can do that by lining up the pivot between arms so that the keyed portion can slip through. Does that make sense?

are you putting on a different SC or rebuilding your old one? If you are doing a rebuild, you don't need to remove the BCS. Also, not sure how old your BCS is, but it may be worth the $50 or so to get a new one while you have it all apart as they have been known to fail sometimes.

Wow, dont I feel like an ***. I took all the */c bolts off and as soon as I lifted it off the lower intake, the BCS lined up and came right off. You were right, but I didn't read your post until it was too late. And I'm either going to rebuild the snout or find one at a junkyard, but mine is shot. The only snout rebuild I can find is $190... I think I'll be better off looking in a j-yard.

On a side note, when I put the supercharger back on, what gaskets will I need to replace? I know I'll need the gasket between the */C and lower intake, and I plan on re-using the TB gasket. Is that all I'll need?

Me and my dad put a rebuilt one on my car about 3 weeks ago. It was, for us anyways, challenging. You have to have good instructions and try and have a clue what you are doing before you even think about doing it. Don't get me wrong, it possible, just takes time to do.
If you are looking for a rebuilt one, i've had good succes with one that i purchased off ebay. Here'* the link:

Good luck!
