Supercharger Pulley Question from new guy
hey all-
im new to this whole thing, just bought my 2000 bonneville ssei two weeks ago. my friend has a gtp and he told me that i could get the same smaller pulley for the supercharger in my car and this would increase hp. the pulley that im interested in is the 3.4 inch. i was wondering if anyone has one for sale or knows where i could get one. also had a question, in his gtp he has some kind of performance shift, but i dont have that in the bonneville, would that effect this pulley change? if so is there anything i can do?
thanks for the help ---

Check out the "Links" section for parts stores that sell them.
You must invest in the special puller or rent one to change it.
It is definitely worth it.
It was the first mod I made after the trani cooler.
The performance shift feature is not important for our cars to perform with a smaller pulley but you really should free up the intake and exhaust, add a cooler 180 thermostat and maybe even a trani cooler. There has been much debate on the trani cooler. You have to do it right or you could develop a leak that could catch fire on your exhaust manifold.
