If you look in my box here, you'll see a bottle of SC oil, and at the top of the box, you'll see a syringe-like thingy with a 1/4" tube connected to it. That'* what I would recommend you use to suck out the SC oil in the SC.
I would also recommend buying 2 bottles of SC oil (8 oz.) so that you can fill with one bottle, cap the SC oil reservior, start the car, shut it off, and repeat the oil change. That way you can flush it. Also, if you can situate the car so that the driver'* side is higher than the passenger side, that will help in getting all that SC out with the "syringe".

Wren must have left a shadow...that was funny.. I'm posting in it..but can't find it. LOL
Assumed we are talking a 92-95, 1 bottle of SC oil aka 4oz.
96+ is 8oz of SC oil.
Many mentioned the specific need for SC oil. There'* no filter, no pump.. and 10-30 is thicker than SC oil from what I've seen (although no viscosity test was ever done by me) $6-$8 and you'll be back on the fast path again.
