Default Supercharger idler pulley bolt seized

Hello,
I am new to this forum, and am in need of help.
I have a 00 Bonn ssei. The idler puller seized and needs replacing. i have read the the threads regarding this and am ok. I have a mechanic friend helping me on this. I believe he turned the bolt the wrong way and overtightened the bolt. He cant get it out. i need any ideas that you may have on this. I told him it was reverse threads!

Is that the torx bolts? If you can't get a bit in you may have to drill it out and use a reverse thread easy out.

Thanks Dan, I appreciate it. I have seen your responses on other threads. I will have him try this.

You may have to take the whole tensioner assembly off to work on it.

That'* good. I've found bolts generally come out better when turned the correct way.
