Default MAP readings go up and down

90% of the time when I'm cruising along a country road and come to a four way stop or have to turn by letting off the gas, I notice my boost gauge goes up a little from -10. Well now that I have an Autotap I saw the readings...and they are dramatic.

I can sometime see a flux between 8.6 to 13.9, but once I saw 8.x to 14.9!

It'* as if I'm giving the car a little throttle to move the boost selinoid slightly, but I'm not and the rpms say steady. No engine noise changes, but I can somehow "sence" when its doing this even when I'm not looking down at my readings.

Yes I still have a leak somewhere with my maxed out 16.4 L-trims, so is this the problem?

IAC opening to prevent stalling? Mine does that, and I assume it'* the IAC. I was hoping it wasn't a problem.
