Supercharger Pulley Upgrade
I have a 95 Bonnie SSEi and I want to put a smaller pulley on it. I want to know how small of a pulley I can put on the car without doing damage. If any of ya know anything let me know.

I myself am running a 2.5 from www.pulleyboys.com. There is another memeber here running a 2.4 and haveing good luck with it. Anything smaller and then you might be pushing it a little bit. You can go smaller than 2.4 but you will need a lot more work done to do it safely.

What Kinda of boost were you getting with your factory pulley and what do you get with 2.5 pulley,
I ask because when I done SC swap (93 to a 94sc) with the large pulley my boost dropped to around 5 psi so I put the pulley from the 93 back on which is 2.5 to get back to 9 psi.

Hard to say what I am getting. I was hitting about 8-9psi with my factory ppulley right before i swapped it out. After the swap it went down to about 5-6psi for a while but then worked it'* way back up to around 10psi. Even if the new pulley didn't register more boost I could definetly feel more power when driving.

2.5 on it already, I'd stick with that. Anything smaller and you're getting into the 'heat loss zone' of the M62'* performance. And shortening it'* life for very little gain (or loss) of performance.

Floz rebuild??? no I pulled SC and TB from a wrecked 95 that had 58K miles.
SC and TB both cost me app $300. I heard the car run befor we pulled it , I got fuel injectors everything . I tried to get lower Intake but couldnt.
I was stupid for not replacing the coupler befor I replaced SC , It seemed fine on original car ,But after install it on mine It is ratteling alittle. Is there any affects from the coupler rattling? It is not real bad but can be heard.
I have had no problems with the MAF I am using ZZP'* AFC2.0, It has takeing alot of playing to get it somewhat where I want it. .

Glad you're running the Mini-AFC. That'* the only real way to get the 94/95 MAF to run on an earlier year. The lower intakes are identical, so don't sweat that. The coupler rattle is something you'll have to deal with eventually, but it'* not critical. Wait for spring.
