Default Stock Boost Guage

I just had my windows tinted today and we had to use one of those boosters to start my car afterwards (they had it for 6 hours and i guess with the courtesy lights on and etc. they killed the battery. So anyway, it started just fine and ran just fine, and is still starting fine, but for some reason my boost guage is now horribly inaccurate.

At idle it sits one tick below 0. Light throttle gets it over the 0 mark. My aeroforce still shows normal boost readings. When the stock guage is at 0 my aeroforce reads -4.6 or around there. They used to be dead on perfect with each other

So what is going on here?

It may take a while to settle or a slight vacum leak near your map sensor?
