Add a 180° Thermostat to that list, but wait until spring to do it.

This will probably be available in the spring, as well.

So a 180* stat, 2.5 pulley and exhaust? What kind of exhaust set up is recomended with this project? I want a flowmaster 80 muffler and a magnaflow 2.5 resonater and hi flo cat? Any direction would be great.

Refer to the exhaust topic in Techinfo. You already have a resonator. Why do you want to replace it?

My exhaust is starting to leak about 8 ways from sunday...I'm just gonna get the parts and go with a complete new sys from the manifolds back. The resonator, high flow cat, and muffler fit in the stock locations or will I need a exhaust shop to bend some pip or something? Otherwise I have access to a welder and in a day can do my own exhaust?

You missed the point entirely. A 180 thermo is NOT the mod being discussed.

That said, this thread is ancient...

Derek, I'm quite disappointed that I replied to your PM so politely about porting and polishing after having read this.

You have no clue what this OLD ANCIENT topic was even about, do you? Your 'career' on this Forum will go alot better if you act like you have manners.

Try reading this topic again starting from the first post on page 1.
