build one that works ill buy one. I talked to a local machine shop that said they could cut a plate to go between the sc and intake but my problem is the rest like the water passages. I am assuming the series 2 is a water to air ic.

Find your internal IC parts first. A small motorcycle radiator or something similar. You need to make sure it'* not too restrictive. Actual flow area needs to be equal to or greater than the stock SC outlet/lower intake opening. This will almost certainly mean you'll have to modify the lower intake opening. It'll also be tough to find something (heat exhchanger) thin enough to work without making the IC too thick. Your fuel rail will also need to be extended, and you'll need a new SC belt.
Some method of pumping the water (12V fluid pump), and another heat exhchanger for the front of the car.
Or you could do a half-assed IC like I have in mind that would only be half as effective, but less than 1/4 the price

Still working on it. If I pull it off, I'll make it available. Even if the concept proves sound, I'll share my ideas. Still doing research. It MAY not require changing the fuel rail.
