NOISE FROM SUPERCHAGER

I'm moving this to Forced Induction.
If the coupler in the nosedrive is cracked or overly worn, it will create slop between the pulley shaft and the rotor gears. Remove the SC belt and turn the pulley by hand. Is there slop or play?

Sounds like a classic coupler noise. Follow the suggestion above and check for play by rotating the pulley back and forth quickly.
New couplers are about $30, add 2 bottles of supercharger oil at around $7 each and you can fix it up for under $50 plus a gasket from supercharger to intake (cost unknown)
