Questions on sealing M90 (yes, I searched!)
I understand that a tube of gasket maker is the typical method for sealing the snout to the rotor section. But is there a such thing as a pre-cut gasket for this? Has anyone ever attempted to make their own such gasket?
Also, what (if anything) is used to seal the rotor section to the casing?

You don't want a pre-cut gasket. It would increase the distance between the nose drive and rotor plate, and the pins on the nose shaft wouldn't sit as far in to the holes in the coupler.
The housing, rotor plate and nose drive have very finely machined surfaces where they meet. The surfaces are so close they barely need any sealer to stop leaks. I would think that having these surfaces firmly against eachother gives the unit much higher strength, when considering the downward pull from the belt and the resistance to rotation under full boost, than if there was a "squishy" gasket in between.

Not only that, but a pre-cut gasket would offset your pulley path.
Use the red GM gasket maker only. Even some of the RTV'* out there scare me. Losing your oil is losing your SC intermediate bearings. A very costly repair. Use what was meant for the job on an investment like that.

Sounds like gasket maker for sure between the snout and rotor plate, and also recommended between the rotor plate and casing.
Here'* a curveball. Say, while on the car, I want to occasionally remove the snout from the rotor plate without disturbing the seal between the rotor plate and casing. Is there something I could use between the rotor plate and casing that would form a stronger bond than gasket maker, but still seal that joint properly? (GM assembly adhesive, perhaps?)

Nobody has ever had issues with that in the past. As long as you seperate the nosedrive from the intermediate plate correctly, the other seal won't be disturbed. Nor is it as critical. There is no fluid in there. The only risk is a very small risk of a very tiny boost or vacuum leak.
