Like the topic says, our blowers are third gen right?
Also, what are opinions on the Magnuson rebuilds? Any problems with them?

Magnusson is the licensed rebuilder for Eaton. Eaton makes 'em, Magnusson remakes 'em.
Yes the 94/95 are Gen3. 92/93 are Gen2. M90'* are Gen3 also, other than the popular Gen4/Gen5 conversions or the Series3 SC Gen5.

None. I found a Gen 3 M62 rebuilt by Magnussun for cheap by someone who doesn't know what they have. Before I enquired about it, I wanted to confirm its the right part.

The 3800 app was unique. Make sure that'* what it'* for. There are many different types of Gen3 M62'* out there.
Gen 1 did not have a helical twist to the rotors. It was never released for production.
