It'* not a set fuel curve, and if the boost changes (8psi is normal for the Eaton), it'll adapt. The PCM can re-learn the fuel curves. You may throw a quad driver code or boost solonoid code, but you could leave those items intact, just not mechanically connected.
Are you using the blower for an intake manifold? Just taking the rotors out? How are you going to drive the WP if you're Series 1? The other accessories if you're Series 2?

If i were you, look into a greddy e-manage system. You can piece it together for about $600, and it works on nearly any fuel injected system, It'* a piggy back computer, and will run your injectors up to 150% of stock, give you complete fuel maps for different climates, etc. You can also adjust timing advance as well... maybe get rid of torque management?
I've seen a system installed on a B18, and since it'* a piggy back, you just splice it into your harnesses.
