Well I replaced one a few months back, that new unit started to leak, so I called up Canadian superchargers and they sent me a new one, So I just recently got back from a road trip and popped the hood to check all the vitals, sure enough the new supercharger is now leaking, WTF do I now, This will be the second one that I have replaced in the last 4 months, Its a fair amount of work, But the only concern I have is ok they send me a new one and what that ones going to leak again?

Is the leak coming from the nosedrive seal around the pulley shaft or the mounting flange?

Moving to Forced Induction.

If your looking at the supercharger going from passenger side to drivers side, its the second area that is sealed almost looks like a rectangle area on top of the supercharger, its just keeps filling with supercharger oil

If it'* not leaking anywhere else, I'd just neatly seal the area with something.

Do you mean where the nosedrive seals against the rotor pack? When looking at the supercharger, you can see two defined lines where the unit pulls apart. The first line (starting from the pulley side) is where the nose drive mates with the rotor pack. The second line is where the rotor pack mates with the rest of the case. If it'* leaking at the first line (nose drive) you will have to send it back to CSC as the nose drive wasn't sealed properly when installed.

It'* also possible pressure is building inside the nose, causing it to leak. Do you know if they changed the rotor pack seals? This is a very challenging job as the rotors have to be rephased properly while at the same time, the gears have to be (or should be) rephased exactly as before because they are hunting gears. The smaller of the rotor pack seals is almost impossible to find, too.

You mention a rectangle area on top of the supercharger. You aren't talking about the PCV cover, are you? Engine oil might possibly leak from there if the engine has a lot of blow-by and the seal is bad.

Its in the first section of the supercharger not near the body, Im not sure what those guys are doing at Canadian superchargers but im getting really pissed at this situation

CSC is (I hear) a very reputable rebuilder. Many members of this forum have had good luck with them. Email them and ask if the rotor pack seals were changed. Like I said, your nosedrive may be getting pressurized, causing the leak. I'm sure they will take care of you.

If they won't help you out, you can send your supercharger to me and I will reseal the nosedrive for free. PM me if you're interested. I can verify that the rotor pack seals were changed at the same time.

Just an afterthought... do you have a torque wrench? Check to make sure that the nosedrive 10mm bolts are torqued to 20 ft-lbs. If they aren't tight, it will leak.
