supercharger
can i put 5W-30 fully sinthetic on my supercharger?how much quartz does it take?and if you cant put 5W-30 on it,what else other thatn supercharger oil would anyone recomend me?

NO! Only put GM or Intense (I think it is GM, not sure) Genuine Supercharger oil in it. Regardless of what someone outside of the forum told you, other oils could harm it, and can't take the extreme temps of the SC.

Sinthetic Oil
I've worked close with the guys at the dealership. At the time that i bought my 2003 SSEI
Bonneville they recommeded Mobile 1: Soon after I bought my wife'* 2004 GXP Bonneville they changed to Amsol (Amsoil?) Synthetic Motor Oil Becuase of better
Industry Performance Numbers (i.e. Oil Viscosity Breakdown etc.). Currently I use Amsol
in both cars and the guy who changes my oil'* LawnTractor (He requested its use, becuase in his words......Oils still Good.

Re: Sinthetic Oil
Never use motor oil on a supercharger - Always use GM Supercharger oil. they are available at any dealership and only 6 bucks a bottle if that. and only use 1 - 1.5 bottles for an M62 supercharger. Why risk using other oils not specified for the supercharger.
