i have also been considering getting a smaller pulley for the sc, and i have seen that some pulleys come in kits. would there be any kits that would include the coupler, and if so where could i get one from/ what size would i need.

ZZP has the best coupler on the market now. this summer, i thought my coupler was going bad, after taking the belts off, i found that the balancer was broken, the rubber breaks, but about idle, the noise was gone. this is a common problem that GM redesigned the way they use the rubber section now.
what mods do you have so far, a smaller pulley alone wont give you much, with it , you need to improve your airflow in and out of your motor, and trust me on this ok, cold air is your friend with a smaller pulley, insulate everything on your intake system before it gets to your SC.
KR is a power killer and heat is the main factor of that.

i am going to get the air intake next anyway. I may need some help with the air box though, so ne design help would be nice. As far as zzp goes it looks like that have something similar to what i am looking for, but i would like some size sugguestions and price estimations if anyone has them. i am probly going to order within a few days, just as soon as i feel secure enough about what i know to buy one.
