Done. Took me 4 hours taking my sweet time. Didn't go bad at all. Got the SC coupler changed, flushed out really well. New o-rings in the injectors (needed those badly), and drilled my thermostat (more on that later).

I'll get some pics up some time tomorrow (after Daytona), and write a few thoughts on this process as well as the pro'* and con'* of drilling bypass holes in your thermostat.

DON'T do this if you live in a harsher winter climate than Oregon or Florida. More info coming when I get it written up!

More of a dull gray except on the flat part of each blade, there were a few minor scratches from housing contact (old contact, the scratches were filled with carbon buildup). It cleaned up nicely, and I'd say 98% of the original teflon is intact. Remember, my car only has 80k of easy miles on it. It was a company exec'* car first, then a retired couple, then sat for 5 years after the last owner died.

I took pics, but not after the rotor cleanup. Sucker (blower ) looked brand new when it went back on.

I busted a couple vacuum lines yesterday. Gotta replace those today. I also had slop in the coupler, on the pulley side. It was a good fit on the gear side. Feels and sounds alot better now with the ZZP coupler. It allows for flex, rather than letting it wear.
