NOTE!
Found out tonight (with Damain'* help mind you) that the 92/93 M62 is way different from the 94/95 M62! The 92/93 has a smaller EGR openning on it & the TB Bore is smaller than the 94/95 M62 as well. So it'* not just the pulley that is the difference after all folks!

It was kind of a surprise. It look so close until you really looked at them side by side. This is the reason I am now selling a M62-9293 here: http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...pic.php?t=5048
The TB Bore was about 1/2" larger on the 94 than the 92 too. I thought I would just post a little "Heads Up" for others, just in case someone else might try this swap.

Where ya been? We've known that for awhile! I warned Jeffrey about this when he first started looking at Floz.

Both still are rated at 62CFM, but the 92/93 has to spin faster to produce the same airflow.

Is a 2.25 pulley ok on a 94/95 SC on a 92? I have also had the Floz experience. Also, I didn't notice the EGR difference. What should I look for, or should I even worry about it?

Hold off on the Series 1 pulley swaps for a bit. Brian at Pulley Boys is getting a fresh look at diameters vs. heat loss......with a little help from someone you all TRUST and RESPECT! (you do, don't you?)

Seriously.....a scientific approach to the Series 1 diameters is in the works.
