Default pulley size and boost question

Ok here'* the deal on my 93SSEi boost is around 8 psi max. Just wonderin what the smallest pulley I should put on this vehicle. The car will be operated at above 5000ft all the time and I've already got an intake on it and was looking for an exhaust. I've heard 2.2 but just wanted to make sure. Also about how much horsepower increase can I expect from the mod. I know these questions have all been probably answered before.

I would use an over size tensioner pulley....I don't know about the belt. When down grading pulley'*, you Generaly can see up to 20 hp/40 lb/ft increases depending on mods.

There'* less chance of KR at the higher elevation, so you should be fine with the 2.2". Use the stock length belt, but change it to a gatorback with an oversized idler....both REQUIRED for this pulley on a 92/93 in order to prevent belt slip.

Install a 180 stat first if you haven't done so already, and don't delay that exhaust for very long. You have to let it inhale and exhale.

I'm hoping for very little KR. The highest octane I can get here is 92.
