My ride is not pulling the same as it used to after new */C
I'm wondering if my Rebuilt */C has a break in period ?
I've noticed that ever since I installed the Rebuilt */C along with a Lower Intake Gasket, Cleaned the Throttle Body, had the Injectors Rebuilt the car seems kinda Sluggish.
The best way I can describe it other than sluggish, is that the car doesn't seem to Pull as hard as it used to, when the boost kicks in.
Before my old */C blew up, when the boost kicked in, it would suck you back into the seat, it does now but not with the same force as it used to.
I've checked the TPS and its the correct voltage, the boost gage is displaying full boost.
Any ideas what is causing this or is this normal with a rebuilt */C ?
Thanks in Advance,
Dutch

No break in period. It should feel the same or way better after a rebuilt is put on. Make sure all your vacuum connections are secure and retorque the bolts on the SC to make sure.

I bought a rebuild one from Canadiansuperchargers.com.
I didn't take any pics of it before I installed it.
All the vacum lines are connected & none are cracked. Everything is torqued alittle past spec. Thanks anyways for those suggestions
Any other ideas ?

The gauge is reading Full Boost but it seems to be slugish before the */C kicks in and not as powerful when it does.
It runs great, smooth shifts from the tranny, but acceleration is not as responsive as before.
I'm gonna throw the scan tool on it tommorow and check for codes. Last time I checked it said TPS Voltage to high, but that was checking, After I had ajusted the TPS.
When I cleared the codes the TPS was set to .6v-4.4v (WOT).
Could the TPS cause this if its set like the above?
Any ideas ?

I haven't had a chance to play around with the ride, its been raining here the past couple of days.
How do you Bypass the Boost Control Selenoid ?
What does this do when you Bypass it ?
Any other ideas what could be causing this ?
Thanks,
Dutch
