Thinking about a little bit of nitrous just so I have a feel for it Nothing drastic or crazy, just enough for that extra push. Anyone have any experience with it? What brand did you go with and why? How much of a shot? Any/all feedback is welcomed, thanks guys

A stock L36 should be able to easily handle a 75 shot. I would definately go with a wet kit. Start out small and move up from there. Brand doesn't really matter, you just need to get a kit that does what you want.

You should be able to search on google or yahoo or something like that for nitrous and should be able to come up with some good articles that will basically tell you everything you need to know.

I was thinking of a 50 shot to begin with. IIRC, dry shot goes into the intake pipe and leans out the engine correct? Wet definitely is the way to go. I'm mainly looking for experiences with it. Never heard of anyone with these cars having nitrous on them.

A dry shot uses the stock injectors to provide the extra fuel. You never shoot nitrous into a motor without adding additional fuel somehow. A wet system uses a metering jet in the nozzle to add extra fuel with the nitrous gas.

I've used a 30 shot on an LN3 with no ill effects to the motor. The recommended limit is now more than 40% of the base motors rated HP.

Someone mentioned Nitrous? Go Wet of course. Should be fine with a 50-75 HP Shot Kit. Make sure You have copper spark plugs in. Having had both kits and sent a Holley NOS kit back because it looked "Made in Japan" I can safely say ZEX kits rule in the quality deptment and look so much more professional. They also come with computer controlled selenoids, TPS activation, and easy tap of gas off fuel rail. You can as well buy additional jets if you want to go bigger, or buy a kit with assorted jet sizes in it. My GXP runs best with a 75 nitrous jet, and a 100 gas jet. Dont be afraid to experiment. I would say the first time you spray do after 2k RPM in second gear to get a feel of it. Never spray off the line or risk a mean backfire and watch 1st gear sprays. Its too exciting and can leave you pointed 90 degrees from where you started going. . And always use pemium gas to minimize backfires. It has jets for 50-75 HP and you can buy bigger jets if you want crazy.
