Did I find my boost woes??
I was about to do the things Mr. Wren suggested in this when I noticed something odd.
There is a vaccuum nipple with nothing attached to it. And it is sucking air when the engine is running. I also noticed there is some line to something disconnected to the right of it. It is a hard plastic line with another attached to it. The one goes to the rear of the engine, the other stops there. The other ends go under the intake box. Is this my problem? And if it that hard line is supposed to connect there, am I missing a piece of rubber? Because I don't think I can get that hard line to connect by moving it around....

Hard to tell from your pic, but it looks like it goes to the evap canister. But a vac leak there could cause boost probs, or at LEAST boost indication probs. Can we have a couple more pics farther out?

The one in the middle of the pic should be open, it'* the BCS, the one to the right should have vacuum line attatched to it. Is that gasket material laying there under the vacuum post in the middle? SC gasket blow-out?

On the vacuum line from the charcoal canister. There is a super little diagram on your radiator support cover. Using proper sized vacuum line, connect the system properly and you could find that your problems may be solved.
