2 Supercharger questions
1. I have a stock 03 SSEI with 13,100 miles. About 2 weeks ago I started hearing a squeak comming from the passenger side of the engine compartment. Does this sound like an issue with the */C pully? Is it OK to run like this for a month or so? I really don't have the time to take the car in but if it is a big deal, I think I'll find the time. Boost pressure seems normal.
2. At WOT I hear absolutly no */C just a 3800 growl . Is this due to the fact that the EGR value (I think that'* the right part) is dumping the boost to keep from damaging the */C? I know this is not a problem but was just trying to expand my tech knowledge.
Thanks for any help

Your airbox, and the resonator in it are the reasons you don't hear it. You need to gut that and go with a custom intake with a cone intake if you want to hear the whine.
Do a search on "whine envy" (search for all terms) in the Forced Induction forum, with me as the author.

You wont hear the whien of the SC until you open up your air intake. Once your put a larger intake or CAI or even a K&N drop in you will start to hear the howl everyone loves. As for the squeak check the belt areas for wear or rubber shavings you may have a belt slipping.
