What the hell did I do wrong?
I put my blower back on today. New gaskets new orings on injector, new orings on coolant outlet from intake to blower. I get eveything back together and I got coolant leaking right around the bottom of throttle body back of blower area. So I figure its gotta be those new yellow orings maybe they arent fit right so I break it down again and put in the old orings put back together and get same problem plus it stalls out. What could this be. Did I not tighten the blower down enough or I am just missing something?

Are you sure it'* not wicking down from the TB gasket?
What did you torque the bolts to? How clean was the gasket surface? We're gonna have to dig here. Did you clean your TB? Hooked up the MAF and TPS? Double check the vacuum fittings?

Yeah, it sounds like it is leaking from where the TB bolts to the blower. That would be my guess. I would check that out, and look at the gasket and everything. That is the only place coolant could be coming from around the blower unless it is the yellow o rings you were talking about. It could also be the intake manifold leaking, but I don't know what all you took off, so I am just guessing really.

I didnt torque the blower bolts. I just tightened them. The only bolts I torqued were the ones on the nosedrive when I replaced the coupler. 20ft lbs

The TB should be 11 ft/lbs.
I think the SC torque specs were in that stuff I sent you last week.
Make sure your gasket isn't tweaked between the TB and SC. That little rubber seal can do funky things. You put a new one in, but that'* no gaurantee.
Still stalling? Pull your plugs and check for coolant in the cylinders before cranking it again. Hydrolock is HORRIBLE>

oK I have TB off now. I see coolant sitting in the blower hole where the TB connects to. There is also some coolant sittng in the inner TB area. What part of the TB should coolant be entering? Also the gasket has that orangy color gasket going around it;that part should be facing the blower right?

Problem solved; I think! Just got to get her started now but through cycling the engine I see no more coolant leak. I carefully scraped the TB surface again and reinserted the gasket then properly torqued. Thanx guys I'll give update soon!

I'm hoping your coolant was leaking from the inside of the tb gasket to the inside of the tb. As long as you don't have coolant pooling in your cylinders, you should be ok. But if you have them out, dry them off and clean them lightly with wire toothbrush, or with a normal toothbrush and intake cleaner.
