Bad day
Taking the 3.8 pulley off SC was real hard for some reason and the bolt on mypuller cross threaded by the pressure, I did get it off but could not use the main puller rod to put the 3.5 on so I am left with a 3.5 pulley that needs to go on another 1/4 inch spent half the day on this pretty frustrating now I have to somehow fix the puller bolt and nut or get another.Any suggestions , any other way to push it on last 1/4 inch.

Who'* puller/3.5 pulley did you buy? Take a pic of the inside shaft threads and post it. If you have enough threads left, you can use my ZZP puller to get it on the rest of the way.

Sounds like the puller shaft bolt finally gave out.
Having the ZZP puller myself I know they sell parts and the pullies being press fit, are tough to remove.
As long as you used anti seize and the puller was not new, I think it finally had it. The main bolt is hardened and fine thread because of the force that it must endure. Parts are sold, because things do break.
