I do not know if this has been discussed on the forum; nevertheless, this company offers coatings for the supercharger rotors. They also offer all kinds of rebuild parts too.

Don't bother. Getting the rotors out of the bearing plate is bad enough. Getting them back is even worse. I'll never attempt it again.

Your 95 already HAS coating on the rotors. And if you had a 92/93, it would be simpler to buy a wrecker 94/95 unit, and swap the rotors into your 92/93. That'* what I'm doing for $100 bucks.

Yeah, I am also doing lots of work on my own 95 car too. I posted the links because in addition to coating, they also carry parts such as bearings, seals and other interesting items.

I also got a spare SC from Ebay and have been busy doing some work on the housing and will be replacing the coupler, bearings and seals. Did not want to touch the rotors due to the shimming issues. There is a place in Kent, WA that claims they have all the tools to work on the SC. Their business caters to repairing turbos and I get all my parts to rebuild turbos at this place. Sometime ago, I noticed they offer rebuilding services for the SC and I asked them if they do it in house.

Also working on cylinder heads, intake and TB. Will be spending time on the flow bench checking out some ideas on the intake manifold plenum area. Also, I am being scheduled for a business trip "Down 'n Under" in the near future, so I may be picking up some goodies too.

Maybe after I am done with all the mods, I can swing by Oregon for a get together and test the car at Woodburn.

Careful trying to get parts back from Down Under. Don't forget customs. Might be cheaper to get in on the next group buy with www.seriesoneperformance.com (DrJay on this forum).

We have several field offices and also several divisions in Australia. We ship lots of stuff via the company mail and shipping, back and forth. When I pay a visit to a field office anywhere in the world, I always ask the guys on the site if they need anything from the USA and I usually get a big shopping list of stuff to bring with me; all the way from goodies and electronic stuff. In return, they help me ship stuff back to the USA on my return trip.

Looking at that website, they don't support the M62. Only the M90. It appears that their roots (no pun intended) are from the SC Thunderchicken world. Considering some of their parts are specialty TSC parts.
