How could i not get morepower from doing this. From what i understand from a conversation with a previous member, this is a good way to increase power

M90 will not fit where a M62 was. And there is no conversion kit for it.
To go from a 92-93 M62 setup to a 94-95 M62 setup won't be worth the hassel. You need to bring with it the TB and a bunch more in that area. You may also have to get additional parts for recalibrateing the different parts. The gains will be minimal compared to other power adders you could do for less money.

Exactly. The two Series 1 versions of the M62 flow the same and produce the same boost, it'* just that the 94/95 version spins slower to achieve it, producing less heat. A little more efficient, and a slightly larger TB.
HOWEVER......I can't outlflow my TB on my 93 with a 2.2" pulley and 12psi of boost, so the TB isn't going to gain you much if anything. And you'll have to run an AFC calibrator, which adds a bunch of PITA in the mix. Getting it set right to run WITHOUT causing problems can be tough, and it'* something that may need constant attention, not to mention the cost involved. You'll never know from day to day if you're too rich, too lean, or just right (AFR, not porridge).
My gut tells me the only difference would be a POSSIBLE gain in hp at the very high end (WOT, near redline), and perhaps a slight decrease in KR. And there are other ways to achieve the same thing that are alot easier and cheaper.
