I want to go with a 3.4 pulley. I know there are supporting mods to go with this and you have to have a special puller to remove it .

My question is: Since it is a press-on pulley, how is it reinstalled?????

You will want some other mods to go along with a 3.4 pulley, because typically on a stock L67 you will see KR. An intake, colder plugs, colder t-stat, and a reprogrammed computer should do a pretty good job of getting rid of that KR, exhaust mods aren't a bad idea either, but I wouldn't recommend putting one on a stock car. We put one on the Monte stock and it gets ~7kr. I'm sure you already know this, just thought I'd tell you anyways.

The pulley tool that you have to rent/buy to get the pulley off also is used to press it on. You just reverse the procedure. It will come with instructions and should be fairly self explanitory.
