How to find parts to fix '93 SC
So I have a noizy bearing in my SC, and it'* causing some performance issues. Sometimes it'll engage properly, othertimes it slips and feels like it'* choking.
I need to know where to find the necessary parts to rebuild it...or the name of a reputable place to send it for repair.

First of all, the bearings rarely go bad. It'* usually nothing more than a $30 coupler. That fix can happen for under $100 total in 4 hours.
Secondly, bad coupler or bad bearings will have no effect on performance whatsoever. Only noise.
Let'* properly diagnose yours first, then we'll let you spend some money.
Take of the SC belt and grab the SC pulley. Wiggle it clockwise/counterclockwise fairly quickly. Hear or feel any slop? If so, that'* the coupler.
Now wiggle it up and down, side to side with no rotation. That would be a bearing check.
Secondly, bad coupler or bad bearings will have no effect on performance whatsoever. Only noise.

What do you mean it slips? Not likely for any part in there to slip. There might be some slop in the pulley if the coupler is worn or cracked.

It'* hard to describe it....the SC will engage properly maybe 50% of the time. When it doesn't, I can feel/hear it trying to give boost but it bucks like a horse or rattles under hard acceleration...feels like on a pedal bike when you have a bad sprocket and you try to accelerate fast.
I've had 3 mechanics listen to it, including GM...and they're the ones who told me the bearing was at fault.

The SC is ALWAYS engaged, and never disengages. You may have a problem with boost bypass, either the BCS or BCA.
What does your boost gauge read at WOT? What about mild accelleration and idle?
For the record, a dealer won't even replace the bearings or a simple coupler. They're forbidden by contract. They can only replace the entire SC or the Nosedrive. You can't get a good diagnosis by a dealer with this in mind.

I realize that it'* belt driven and always engaged...but there'* no boost when it'* malfuntioning.
The gauge reads 7 psi at WOT, even if it'* not working properly.

You are running in the acceptable stock range (2.5" stock pulley) for a 93. With that in mind, you are running correctly at full boost.
What are you running at idle, and how much does the needle flutter at full boost (WOT)?

At idle, it sometimes fluctuates between -70 (-7psi) and maybe -6. It'* not a very precise gauge.
At WOT, the gauge will rarely go into the redline, so-to-speak...but every so often it will. It doesn't fluctuate as long as I don't change gears.

like an 1/8th inch of slop in mine when i rock it CW/CCW??? it seems to be quiet.
