Default Electric problems

Good morning all,
When I open my door I hear the chimes like I left the lights on I do not have any dash lights, fog lights or tail lights. All fuses and bulbs are new. Could this be the head light switch or something else?

Thanks

while it could be the HL switch....i would also like you to check your ground busses for corrosion, as this can cause massive electrical problems

Another thing it can be...is the key removal thingeee.

When you leave the key in the ignition..it dings. I've seen some those switches stick and think the key is still in the iginition.

under the doorsills/carpet on the driver'* and passenger'* sideThe rectangular box with wires and steel plate is one of the grounds. There is another on the driver'* side. When wet/corroded, these are often the culprit for many problems. Here are some pics of location, and good and bad ground Buss connectors. Dry everything up and clean up the ground busses so we can see if that helps any problems that you are having.

So it is not the ground buses. I went to the parts store and they don not know if they find the part, but if they can it would be 135.00. Is that the right prce it seems high?
