Headlights Acting Funny.
Lately I've been driving around during the night and the headlights have been turning off and back on by themselves. Example:
I'm just driving down the street at midnight. The headlights turn off along with the red dash lights (that backlight the gauge cluster) and the car acts like the lights are all off (the HUD is brighter when the lights are off) and then a second or as long as a minute later everything is back on like normal.
Diagnosis?

That wold be my first guess. Keep in mind there'* a compatibility issue. Pretty sure 94/95 won't work for you, but 92 will. Keep that in mind when looking for another.
(if going new, don't forget to tell them you have twilight sentinel)
Before going too far though, pull it out, clean the contacts, and reconnect it.
