Default BCM problem

Anyone have any ideas why my car keeps blowing Blower Control Modules? Replaced it 6 months ago, no problem till 2 weeks ago. Replaced that one and it lasted a week and ahalf. Just put one in today, started the car, ran till it warmed up, worked fine. Go to start the the car 2 hours later, no worky! Any thoughts from the gear heads would be much appreciated.

First thing that comes to mind is the blower motor itself?
Have you changed it out? It may be on its way out drawing to high of current and taking out your bcm?

Old post, but I used the good old search function and found this. My story is weird though. My car stalled at an intersection, then when I went to restart it, it cranked without firing. I got it to a shop where they scanned the codes and came up with a crank sensor failure. Replaced that, car still won't start. Their next idea was the passkey. A solenoid in the ignition cylinder blew and won't read my key. From what I understand, when I had my remote start put in, the passkey is disabled. Correct?
Okay, so now their saying that maybe the BCM is to blame. Is this the same BCM mentioned in this post? I am tired of playing chase the problem. And this is a mechanic.

I believe they are referring to the Body Control Module. Some years had the security system built into the BCM but I'm not sure if the 92 was one of them. How long does the security light stay on when the key is turned to the run position?

Edit - Security was still a separate module in 92. IIRC the security system would not kill the engine after its running anyway. We need to know if you're gettin spark & fuel.
