Default X-files stuff right here.

So ever since I did a full LED interior dash and trunk. The lights have been weird.
The trunk light doesn't come on unless the interior lights are on.
The Interior lights will stay on for a little bit. Sometimes they will pop on about 30 seconds after I close the doors.
Sometimes they flash with the turn signals and sometimes go off when I play with the twilight sentential.

Here'* the winner though. When I rubbed not hit the dash board above the A/C module area is when it gets trippy.
When I rubbed it to the right the lights went off and then when I rubbed it to the right they came on.

Any one have an idea?

Sounds like a odd grounding problem.

Check to see if your problem is worse on dry days. It sounds very much like the MOSFET, HEXFET or other power controller solid state controls on your lighting system have not been adequately protected against static electricity. A floating gate (input terminal) on certain power transistors can change states from off to on or reverse if there is a static charge nearby. Typically you will find a resistance of approximately 1 Meg Ohm from the control pinned to the ground. This lets a microscopic amount of current flow to the control circuit input section which is sufficient to prevent state changes due to static charges.
