DRL Problem? - 93 SSE - HELP!!!

Default DRL Problem? - 93 SSE - HELP!!!

Please help....I have an 1993 bonneville sse and the lights stay on when I turn off the ignition....yes the switch is off and the things stay on forever till i remove the battery cable...then start the car....shut it off same thing...even removed switch completely from car..DRL problem? I cant seem to see the photos of your post on here...maybe you could send directions to dissabling the DRL to me?.please e-mail me at this address and help please!! jeas288827@aol.com

{blows the dust off...}

93 didn't have DRL. There are issues with the headlight switches in the 92-99'*. I'd recommend posting this question in the 92-99 forum. I'm sure you'll get a quick response.

Is your car a OEM Canadian car? only the canadian cars recieved DRL in your year

You twilight sentinel may be the issue. Do the lights come on automatically whether you have the TS ring on or off?

Not intending to hijack the poster thread but...

I'm having that problem now on my '97SE. Headlights/tailights come on in daytime or nightime, even when the Sentinel switch is in the far left off position. I decided to pull the connector at the module (right of gas pedal/ under carpet) as a temporary fix. Now i can operate headlight manually.

How can a fix it back to normal?
