Default Huge problem.....ZERO electrical power to vehicle.94 Bonne

Was getting a p0362 code and a QMD-1 failure when I used my buddies Snap-On scanner.

But the BIG issue is that I get ZERO electrical. No power locks, no interior lights, notta damn thing.

Tried swapping PCM, no go.

I do hear a "clicking" noise near the fuses on the passanger side. I pulled one of the fuses out and it stopped making the noise, but didn't fix the problem, and they all look good.

Drivers side Bus issue you think?

Before I had it towed, did the same thing, but then it got electrical again somehow.

Really frustrated. Any ideas would be great. Nothing underhood looks like it has any problems, battery is in great shape, as are the terminals and cables.

Thanks!

Try pulling the boots off both the positive and negative cables on the battery. Clean them very good and put them back togather making sure there is no corrosion at all.

also, follow the cables and remove them at the other ends and clean them there also.

I would also check out the ground buss, as you already mentioned

Checked the Ground buss and it looks fine. Will try and check battery again, but there isn't any corrosion visible. There is a fuse in the fuse panel near the ECU on the pass. side that makes a "clicking" noise. But it stops when you press the locks.

I have some pics of the issue here. Any other ideas?

here is the fuse making the noise(i pulled the other out)

Ground buss view....then other views of the battery, etc.

OK....first off, we need to get some terminology right.

What you are pointing to in the picture isn't a fuse...it'* a relay, and is way different than a fuse.

Now then...do you have access to a digital multimeter? We need to see if you are getting power to the underhood fuse center. Then check for ground continuity by putting the meter in the "ohm" selection, put one probe on the ground terminal of the battery and the other probe on any part of the chassis AND the engine.

Better yet....do you even have 12 volts @ the battery??

EDIT - Reread the initial post...I think there may be an issue with power to the fuse center like I first mentioned.

Will try tomorrow and also try to verify 12 volts at the battery. Sorry for calling the Relay'* fuses.

I assume I would just replace the fuse "center" if I am not getting power to it?

What type of resistance should be reading at the fuse center?

Thanks for the help, i really appreciate (and need) it!
